Shake well before each use. Spray 2 to 3 times onto clean skin (such as the bottoms of feet, legs, or torso) and massage in gently. For best results, apply 20 minutes before bedtime or after a workout.

Note: You may experience a slight tingling sensation upon application if your magnesium levels are low. This is normal and typically diminishes with regular use.
