Thank you for choosing Linda's Natural Remedies. We are proud to provide handcrafted, small-batch natural products across Canada.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer $21.99 flat-rate shipping to the following Canadian provinces:

Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan.

Please note: At this time, we do not offer shipping to Quebec, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon. This allows us to maintain our high standards for small-batch shipping and adhere to regional labeling requirements.

2. Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: $21.99 for all orders under $150.00.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $150.00.
Promotions: If using a code, please enter it at checkout to apply your discount.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (handcrafted in small batches).
Transit Time: 3–7 business days via Canada Post.
Location: We ship from Oshawa, Ontario.

4. Free Local Pickup (Oshawa)

If you are in the Durham Region, you can skip the shipping fees!

Ready Time: Usually within 24–48 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
