Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our natural remedies, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been used or where the safety seal has been broken. Any product returned in a used state will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellations Change your mind? Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we will refund your order in full. Once shipped, the standard return policy above applies.
