Materials and Ingredients: Body Serum
Ingredients
- Persea Gratissima Oil (Avocado Oil): A rich, deeply nourishing oil full of vitamins and fatty acids. It’s the backbone of the serum and gives it its moisturizing body without feeling greasy.
- Ricinus Communis Seed Oil (Castor Oil): A thick, cushiony oil that helps hold moisture against the skin. I use it for the silky slip that makes the serum glide on so smoothly.
- Cocos Nucifera Oil (Coconut Oil): A light, fast-absorbing oil that softens skin. It helps the serum sink in quickly so you can get dressed right away.
- Butyrospermum Parkii Butter (Shea Butter): A creamy, conditioning butter that soothes dry skin. It adds the comforting richness people love in a body butter, in a much lighter form.
- Cera Alba (Beeswax): A small amount forms a breathable protective layer that helps seal in moisture. It also gives the serum just enough body so it isn’t runny.
- Parfum (Fragrance): Gives each scent its character, used at a gentle 1%. The unscented version leaves this out.
- Tocopherol (Vitamin E): A natural antioxidant that helps protect the oils from going rancid. It keeps your serum fresh for longer.
Materials: Clear plastic 8oz bottle with white lid.
Contains beeswax, so it isn’t vegan.
