How to Use & Safety Cautions: Arctic Relief Arnica Spray

How to Use: Arctic Relief Arnica Spray

  • Application: Shake the bottle well before each use. Hold the sprayer 4–6 inches away from the skin and mist directly onto the desired area (such as knees, shoulders, or lower back).
  • Technique: Allow the spray to air dry for a fast-acting cooling sensation, or gently massage it into the skin for deeper comfort.
  • Safety First: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water immediately after application to avoid accidentally transferring the menthol to your face or eyes.
  • Usage Tip: For application near the neck, spray the formula into your palms first and then massage it onto the skin to prevent the mist from drifting toward your face.

Important Cautions:

  • For External Use Only: Do not ingest.
  • Avoid Sensitive Areas: Keep away from eyes, nose, mouth, and all mucous membranes. If contact occurs, flush thoroughly with cool water.
  • Broken Skin: Do not apply to open wounds, cuts, or irritated/broken skin.
  • Heat Warning: Do not apply a heating pad over the area after use, as this may cause skin irritation.
  • Flammable: Keep away from open flames or sparks until the spray has completely dried on the skin.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
