How to Use & Safety Cautions: Arctic Relief Arnica Spray
How to Use: Arctic Relief Arnica Spray
- Application: Shake the bottle well before each use. Hold the sprayer 4–6 inches away from the skin and mist directly onto the desired area (such as knees, shoulders, or lower back).
- Technique: Allow the spray to air dry for a fast-acting cooling sensation, or gently massage it into the skin for deeper comfort.
- Safety First: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water immediately after application to avoid accidentally transferring the menthol to your face or eyes.
- Usage Tip: For application near the neck, spray the formula into your palms first and then massage it onto the skin to prevent the mist from drifting toward your face.
Important Cautions:
- For External Use Only: Do not ingest.
